These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) in the sale of digital products (in particular electronic books – e-books) through the website www.blankajezkova.cz and the ordering system SimpleShop (operator: Redbit s.r.o., Company ID 10939650).
The Seller offers digital content (e-books and other electronic materials) for sale via the website.
The Buyer orders this content using an electronic form and, upon payment of the purchase price, obtains access to the product (via download or e-mail).
The Buyer places an order by completing the order form.
The contractual relationship arises at the moment the order is confirmed and the purchase price is paid.
The Seller reserves the right to reject an order in justified cases (e.g., technical error in the price).
Product prices are stated on the website, including all applicable taxes and fees.
Payment is made cashless via bank transfer.
The Seller is not a VAT payer.
After payment, the digital product is made available to the Buyer for download or sent via e-mail.
The Buyer acknowledges that delivery is carried out exclusively electronically.
The download link is active for 14 days. The Buyer is responsible for downloading and storing the product.
In accordance with Section 1837 (l) of the Czech Civil Code, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content that has been delivered online with their prior consent.
Before completing the order, the Buyer explicitly agrees that the product will be delivered immediately after payment and acknowledges that by doing so, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
If the digital content is not delivered in accordance with the contract (e.g., the file is damaged or unreadable), the Buyer has the right to have it corrected or redelivered.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Seller’s e-mail without undue delay.
The Seller will process the complaint within 30 days of its submission.
All products are the intellectual property of the Seller.
The Buyer is entitled to use the digital content for personal use only.
Any distribution, copying, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
The protection of personal data is governed by a separate document, the Privacy Policy, available on the Seller’s website.
The consumer has the right to contact a body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is:

The consumer may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform operated by the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms form an integral part of every contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms; the version valid at the time of the order shall always apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
